Janelle Perryman recently stepped into the role of Program Coordinator for the MAB program. She manages the day-to-day activities of the program including student recruitment, budget management, Industry Advisory Board interaction and communication with enrolled students. Perryman completed a Master of Business Administration in Management from the University of Phoenix in 2007.

As Communications Coordinator, Sullivan manages the program’s advertising, student and alumni communications, and international agribusiness tours. She also leads special event planning and assists with strategic recruiting. Sullivan earned dual degrees from Kansas State University in Journalism (Public Relations) and Sociology, a Master of Professional Studies in Organizational and Professional Communication from the University of Denver (2013) and holds specialized certificates in Digital Marketing Analytics from MIT Sloan (2020) and Digital Marketing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis (2026).

As Recruitment Coordinator, Ukens plays a crucial role in attracting and guiding potential graduate students through the application and admission process. He earned his BS in Education from Kansas State University in 1997, where he was also a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. With years of experience in business development and account management across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, education, and technology, Ukens excels at fostering client success. He is passionate about helping adult learners advance their careers.

Carla serves as an office assistant in the department. Her primary duties are to support several faculty on a daily basis and provide curriculum management assistance for the Master of Agribusiness program. She also assists agricultural economics graduate students, does research for manuscripts, posters, other projects, and classes.
